    Hi James,

Great challenge idea! I liked the story of you coaching client setting a goal of adding 30 items to her inventory in stead of 5. Great result!

    My 2 goals for today:

    1. Putting up a facebook page for my blog
    2. Complete at least one guest post draft

And good luck with your goals, James!

    • Thank you Dave! The best thing to do is break everything down to its simpliest form which can be done in 5 minutes or less then stop and do that one action right this minute. You would be surprised how this simple momentum step can build into great things.

So for you Dave, some of your 5 minute tasks could be 1. write the intro paragraph. 2. write the general outline of the post. 3. Write the closing paragraph with your intended result ( I tend to never write a post in order =-))

And for your facebook page, that already only takes 5 minutes. Just click this link pick your name – which you probably already have and click done. You can add bio, pictures and other stuff later. We are

I think some of Tony’s ideas are a little over the top, or crazy, but there’s a lot of wisdom to be picked and plucked. from his work Thanks for sharing your notes!

    • Yeah you definitely gotta have the stomach for Tony =-) Very high intensity with some practical and not so practical ways of getting things done. We will be testing just to see how effective they really are the next 30 days.

Did you write down your 2 simple tasks to get done today?

    Hi James,
I downloaded a journaling app a couple of years ago. I use it every morning to offload problems which helps to stay focused. It gives me a sense of achievement and direction before the day starts.

  5. Patti says:

Whew! This was just day one? There is a lot of powerful information packed in here. “Push yourself beyond your expectations” … I’m going to try that one. I’ll also try the recording your thoughts about your goals and how you feel about the events in your life. I journal anyway, a habit I picked up from The Artists Way, and this would be an enhancement to make it even more meaningful. Thank you for the synopsis!

    • You are already one step ahead if you are already journaling Patti! Bravo.

Make sure you sign up and keep an eye on your inbox for day 2! There is so much powerful information in this program.

All you really need is to read the action steps at the end and do your daily task. Do you complete day 1?

  6. Justin says:

    Hi James,
I remember buying Personal Power 2 back in 1997 after watching Tony Robbins selling it on QVC. After all the customer testimonies I was convinced I needed this product. I did listen to it everyday, including doing the workbook and listening to the subliminal CD’s as well.

Two months after working Personal Power 2 I bought my first house. It truly helped me to get aligned with who I really am.

    • What an amazing story Justin! I would love to have you back here as a guest to share the full story and how things have progressed.

How are you doing these days? Any new montors? Still listening to Tony Robbins? Lets chat

  7. Hey, that’s a great post for day one.. but what happened to the rest of the 30 days.. Surely you didn’t fall off the wagon after one day?

    • Hahahaha awesome for you to notice Richard. In a later post I wrote “why I fired Tony Robbins”. You have to search for it. But basically I found it wasn’t connecting to me like it was back then. I now like Brendan Burchard and his High Performance Academy course. Really good. Do you have any suggestions of other really good programs?

  8. Jasa SEO says:

I absolutely love your blog and find the majority of your post’s to be just what I’m looking for.
Do you offer guest writers to write content for you personally?
I wouldn’t mind creating a post or elaborating on a few of the subjects you write about here.

    Again, awesome weblog!
