Light can cause blindness, and dark things always hide in the light.

I like the thought of neutrality because it is neither good or bad, it just
is. I recently took most of my self-help books to the charity shop only to
find I’ve bought several new ones. Another trip to the charity shop
methinks and continue to practice neutrality. Would be interesting to hear
your take on “What If” thinking as this is what I struggle with.

To me its not about positive or negative so mush as just about always
accurately recognizing reality and reacting rationally to it. Like when you
mess up your still not wrong as long as you realize how you messed up. your
only negative when you delude yourself into thinking you didnt mess up.

Ralph ^.^ My whole body tingled as you said the book lies within! Sending
you so0o0ooo00 much love!!! ^.^ Also, I love this little quote, “Life is

  18. One self-help suggestion: read the biographies and autobiographies of
people whom you admire. You can see how they overcame their darkest moments
and grew from the experience. You can also use them as role models.

  19. Infinite Waters (Diving Deep) says:

I recently read a book that said being positive is about being responsible
for the energy you send out in the world. The book is called Excuse Me,
You’re Life is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn. She talks about how your emotions
are vibrations and how a person can be in charge of their emotions. Staying
positive, as she explained, is one part thinking, but mostly staying
positive is about feeling. And she talks about (SORRY SO LONG!) the ability
we all have to control our emotions, thus our vibrations.

  23. I totally agree with this. But I personally find the negative “side” much
harder,The main reason is that thinking that way attracts negative “energy”
so it’s really hard to actually get out of that state?I am talking about
real negativity depression. And that could blind you from actually
extracting the things you should extract and learn about yourself, going on
    moving on..
