Question by Fidler Onroof: What are other audio books in conjunction with Brian Tracy’s “Goals” and “ Luck factor” series?
I am listening to both Goals and Luck factor audio books by Brian tracy now. They are both really good and I just print out the Goals workbook for the second time to do a re-write. I am gonna do that today at the library. What other books are there that are similar to his Goals and “Luck Factor “ series? They are both 2 different books.
Thanks.

Question by Lianne: What are some good romance Japanese light novel series?
I’ve been looking for a some sweet romance light novels, but I haven’t been able to find any. I’ve tried to search and have found either harems or stories dedicated to looking up girls’ skirts. Are there any on just cute romance out there? Anything sweet would do.

The only ones I’ve read tend t’wards the fantasy, horror and sci-fi end of the genre, but I’d be happy to give you some recommendations based on reviews I’ve read. I’m rubbish at finding romance books since I almost never read them. I’ll give you a few to try but most probably won’t be romance.

The Twelve Kingdoms (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Twelve_Kingdoms) is a very popular one, and not just among folks who have watched the anime. It is fantasy.

I’ve heard some good stuff about the Book Girl series (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Book_Girl) This is urban fantasy.

Shakugan no Shana (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shakugan_no_Shana) has a bit of a romanic undertone, but I didn’t care for the writing too much.

Strawberry Panic! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strawberry_Panic!) is a romance, but it is girlXgirl, so if you don’t care for that it won’t be your thing.

Slayers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slayers) is also very well-known and although it is mostly a fantasy/adventure story, there is a side of romance.

Maybe one of those will be something you’ll want to try. I recommend going to your favorite publishers’s websites and looking there too.

Can anyone recommend a good fantasy romance series?

Question by Leelaa: Can anyone recommend a good fantasy romance series?
I really loved The hunger games. I would like to read something similar. I know everyone will recommend Twilight.I’ve read them, but The host was better and had a more realistic love story. I need a romance book with some fantasy, but not over the top. I am a bit old for YA but I enjoy those books. If you could please add a description of the books I would appreciate it.

This is a list from a very good website with book descriptions and reviews etc.
Go through it. Most of them are part of different series but you can also find singles.
Authors like Sherrilyn Kenyon and J.R. Ward are very good.

Is it important to read all books in a series?

Question by hideko: Is it important to read all books in a series?
I don’t necessarily mean a series like Harry Potter. I’m referring to books in a series of romance novels for example. I picked up a book that is #5 in the series, but the stories (according to reviews) don’t seem to connect to previous books in the series. Other than the use of the same last name for characters. What is this about? Can someone explain how these series work?

that kind of series does not need to be read in order.
you might understand a little more about the background or families involved, but you will get all the critical plot, no matter how out of order your reading is.
