Congrats to the lucky couple.
But that’s not what I want to talk about today!
I want to talk about is the fact that whilst searching or browsing through the net I found on a site called the Hindustan Times. ..
Yes, the Hindustan Times I can’t make that up . .
There was a report that showed that since getting with Kim Kardashian Kanye West’s popularity has dropped!

So there’s two different schools of thought here . . which I think it’s hilarious.
Have you ever heard the story of guys who want to pick up girls and that by hanging out with someone who’s less attractive than you… other girl, seeing that . . . for some weird reason, it makes them more attracted to you?
Rather than being at the bar alone where you give off the “desperate” vibes.
It’s been proven over and over again if you are there with a less attractive girl, whether together or not, just having them around you, you’re more likely to attract another gill to you.

But what about the opposite effect of having a girl who’s far more attracted to you?
Does that actually repel women, and turn them off?
I mean, I could clearly see, ever since getting with my beautiful girl, that my popularity has clearly tanked! So I could see that when your partner clearly outshines you it may have the opposite effect.
So tell me what you think . . . is it better to get the perfect ten or if you are out there trying to pick up more women and want to get more dates will you have a better chance trying to find someone average or less attractive woman than you to hang out with?

My Last Night In New York – A New Journey Begins… AGAIN

Packing up to move — Getting All Your Possessions down to 2 bags aint easy

Yup, that is right…
After exactly 6 months on the dot we are now leaving New York.
Which is funny because we (CC, James & Milo) have this running joke that it seems we have not lived in one place longer than 6 months in the last 5 years… and here we go again… staying true to the record.
I say it’s funny because it never usually seems “planned”. This is how we plan:
There was a pretty huge problem/concern that arose last Wednesday (family crisis, drama… you know the drill) we joked about the idea of leaving here on thursday, made the decision and plan on friday, sold our car and most of our possessions on Saturday, put the remaining stuff on craigslist for free on Sunday (probably the highlight watching people faces light up as we give them dishes, stereo, coffee maker, clothes, blankets, furniture, futon, tables, chairs, makeup and nail polishes (not mine), jewelry and even my other computer … you name it.. we gave it away on Sunday. Booked flights and packed up our clothes on Monday.
And here I am on tuesday morning. With a laundry list of things to do before our flight leaves …. TOMORROW!
So from IDEA to implementation to goal… One week!
Is this a bit insane from an outsiders view?
I am sure
Is it stressful and nerve racking?
You bet!
Will I likely do it again?
Count on it.
Do I think anyone can accomplish this in that amount of time?
Doubtful
Do I think EVERYONE should do this at some point in their lives?
AB-SO-FREAKIN-LUTELY!!!
Am I have a full blown Q & A with myself?
Seems like it
Is this annoying?
Guaranteed!
Should I stop?

Anyway…
So where are we headed?
(ha snuck one last one in)
Back “home” to California. I put home in quotes because in the short time we spent in North Carolina (9 months… but 6 months exactly at one place and 3 at another. HA!) I felt like I was home. There will always be a warm spot in my heart that longs for North Carolina. I absolutely LOVED it there!
The people are nice. The food is good. The water is warm. The bugs are plenty…. what’s not to love?
But Sacramento, CA is where I was born and raised. That is where most all of my family is. That is where I will be getting some of my dad’s slow smoked bbq tri-tip and embarrassing him Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course off of the Sacramento River on Freeport BLVD! His Favorite course in town.
He was so excited when I told him we were coming back he was already planning all the things we would do … even though he is driving to Santa Cruz with my lovely mom for their 35th wedding anniversary as we speak.

DOING THE IMMPOSSIBLE

So the challenge at hand…. getting all of your belongings and possessions down to 2 bags.

Women Lie More Than Men (Video Proof – Caught In The Act)

It’s no secret…. Guys lie.
But I bet you didn’t know it has now been scientifically and mathematically PROVEN that women lie more than men!
Yep!
That’s right!
Professors over at TICJMU (highly accredited – see footnote at end of post for more information) have done extensive and exhausting research and studies to prove that women are genetically inclined to fib as much as 47 times more than men!
I know that may be hard to swallow at first!
But the sooner you accept this, the sooner you can head out and start apologizing to all those men you have been lying to over the years
Sure we do it every no and again. But OF COURSE its very VERY rare a guy ever lies
And it is always something cute or fun…
Right?

We say things like:

No, that dress does not make you look fat
No I didn’t even notice that waitress that is falling out of her top
Of COURSE I would rather just cuddle
No I wasn’t watching that at all
I LOVE your family
I never USUALLY cry at movies like this. I am just stressed right now

You get the point.
But men ALWAYS only EVER lie for the lady’s benefit =-D
We never just lie because. There is always a very good reason. Usually to protect her.

But women on the other hand…. They just flat out lie for no good reason at all. OFTEN!
This is something that has been a constant debate for a very long time. But now we can put that contoversy to rest because I now have undeniable PROOF!

Google Shutting Down RSS Reader – Best Reader Alternate

When I first heard Google was shutting down their Google RSS Reader on June 1st, I will admin….
I PANICKED!
You see… I have been using Google reader for over a year now. It has been one of my many “secret” weapons I discuss in my Free 100 Sexy Content Ideas eCourse.
When setup properly (which I go over in the course) can be a goldmine for knowing EXACTLY what is current and what your readers are most interested in.
Simply “check in” on what’s going on without all the fuss of random crap you get from normal search results and DONT EVEN get me started on Google News!

Google Reader RSS Alternative

Google announced today that they will be shutting down Google Reader. This is something we have been expecting for some time: We have been working on a project called Normandy which is a feedly clone of the Google Reader API – running on Google App Engine. When Google Reader shuts down, feedly will seamlessly transition to the Normandy back end. So if you are a Google Reader user and using feedly, you are covered: the transition will be seamless.

Winterstorm Nemo Before And After Videos From My Home In New York

Winterstorm Nemo has made it’s way through New York and I got it on video.

I was a little upset that they would name it after one of my favorite movies! I find it hard to believe Nemo would ever cause me anything but good times.
I shot a quick video right as the first snow fall was starting and then a second the following day.
Quite a bit of snow for that short amount of time.
Did I tell you yet how much I LOOOOVE New York so far?
I have only been here 2 months and this is already the 4th time I have had to be barricaded in my house!

No power outage
No fallen trees
No missing animals
Lots of snuggling
In great company
Movie watching with the fam

Overall I would have to say it was kinda nice.
Got a good workout shoveling snow. Much needed.
Snagged an official NY Pie before it got really heavy.
Didn’t have to leave the house for anything so it actually didn’t bother me at all. So, as it turns out, Nemo is still my fav!

Coach Comeback Going Out Of Business???

I was just getting to know you too!
This is not entirely bad…. or true. Let me explain…

The Not-So-Short Story

A few weeks ago I was getting blasted with questions about how I made so much money in Real Estate in this supposedly “down” market.
So, as you probably already know, I held a live workshop where I spilled the beans and showed my entire method from start to finish and offered a few dedicated students that chance have me walk them through the entire process.
That’s right! I guaranteed that I would not stop until each student earned $10,000 and I stick to my word.
In order to even FURTHER prove that this works in ANY market, any time, from any location WITHOUT using any of your own money or credit and without ever leaving your house… I decided to be my own testimonial case study and put myself on my own $10k in 60 days challenge.
You see, I am not the type to ever preach the “Do as I say, not as I do” and teach theories unless I have first hand experience of it.
I want to prove that anyone can do this and teach you how to basically create wealth any time you choose. I hate to make it sound so simple… but it kinda is.

So why am I going out of business?

Well, as you would expect, I have made commitments to my students and now, to myself, that require lots of my undivided attention. I would not be doing my job if I did the same as most of the other teachers in this space where they just give you a bunch of videos to watch and you are on your own.
Not my style!
I like to get in there and get my hands dirty right there with them.
I am telling you this because this means you will likely see a drop in the amount of time I can spend writing for the next 60 days.
I know… you are just as broken up about it as I am. I love when I get a chance to write to you

But there is still some good news!

If you haven’t already noticed there is now a “Best Of The Web” section on the blog.
So while I am still reading and may not get a chance to fully write those magical-long posts that you love, I will still bring you summaries and my thoughts on some of the best content I come across that I am sure you will enjoy.

I am still playing with the design so you are likely to see it look a little different every time you visit the site (I can never decide on a design grrrr)

But I have a question for you….

I will be documenting my own process for the next 60 days. I will be talking about what is working. What has failed. How many times I have been cussed out by angry New Yorkers (yes, this has happened already and I am only on day 3). Everything down to earning that first check!
