Im starting to feel Kason all hours of the day….Some woman complain of the kicking, I guess after going through losses & 2 years of ttc this little one I am happy to say I LOVE EVERY minute of his kicking…It reassures me that everything is okay in there… I can see the outline of his head and butt at times… So amazing, I remember these times with my dd & my ds… Truly a blessing…. Patiently waiting for the day this little boy makes his first appearance. This is the first pregnancy where I am not rushing it to go by, I am enjoying to the fullest bc I feel like this is the only time I will ever have that he is all mine to myself. The bond between a mother and her unborn child is truly a miracle.. I feel blessed more and more everyday!

I have to say I believe that women are the most blessed beings on the planet to be able to have this experience.
We are all envious! guys that says otherwise is either lying . . . or dead inside from to much World of Warcraft video gaming.
Couldn’t you tell in the video that even though it was his first time hearing his mommy.. he knew…
He knew immediately who it was.  You could see the recognition in his eyes.
He was not startled.
He was not confused as to this new sound.
It almost looked as if he was hearing and old friend after months of being away.
How powerful is that!

World renowned self-help mogul Tony Robbins firewalk challenge is responsible for injuring 21 people during his Unleash The Power Within Event this week.
Walking across hot coals on lanes measuring 10 feet long and heated to between 1,200 to 2,000 degrees provides attendees an opportunity to “understand that there is absolutely nothing you can’t overcome,” according to the motivational speaker’s website.

Robbins Research International said in a written statement that 6,000 attendees of the event walked across the coals Thursday.
Organizers had an “open burn permit” and medical staff at the event, and there was also a fire inspector on the scene, Williams said.
“Once they (the medical staff) became overwhelmed, our inspector called for us,” Williams said.
Witness Jonathan Correll told the San Jose Mercury News that he “heard wails of pain, screams of agony.”

“Once you start doing the impossible (or at least what you thought was impossible), you can conquer the other fires of your life with ease,” the website says.
There are those who succeeded in San Jose, the Mercury News reported.
Yet, others crossed the coals unscathed at first, but then dipped their feet in a nearby fountain after blisters started to appear.
Some people went to their hotel rooms and called 9-1-1.
“It seemed abnormal that so many got hurt,” one witness told

I just hope that this does not turn people away from giving this a try.  I have never personally tried this but I can imagine how powerful you must feel after you have accomplished something like this.

Keep in mind that there were over 6000 people there.  21 out of 6000 aint to bad.  Especially considering he has been doing this for over 30 years.

That period of personal development lead to many changes in thinking, but the particular one I look back on as being the “change that brought about all other changes” was realizing I was approaching life the same way perhaps 95% (give or take) of the population does, I was playing “not to lose” rather than “playing to win.”
As soon as I realized that distinction, I knew that any life played on defense could never lead to victory. I would have to consciously decide to pro-actively go after what I wanted and “make” things happen rather than sitting back hopingthings would happen. I took personal responsibility for my life and decided I was either going to “make it big or die trying.”

People who say that you cannot buy happiness are either clinically depressed or they are trying to keep all the goodness to themselves.
When you have lots of money you will still have problems…. they are just the types of problems most of us would be glad to have  like:laying by the pool to buy happiness

  • Trying decide between Boca Raton or Europe for a weekend getaway
  • Whether to drive the Jag or the Ferrari because of parking at the restuarant

Let’s face it, most all of us could benefit from being more self-confident in one area of our lives or another.
The biggest one that most of us have trouble with is our appearance.
But you are not alone!
A recent studies has shown that a lack of confidence in the way we look actually starts at a very young age.

One in four females aged between 11 and 17 are weighed down by pressure to conform to an ‘ideal notion’ of how they should look, a survey suggests.
Almost half of the girls described themselves as ‘average’ and ‘ordinary’ with a further 10 per cent feeling ‘plain’, ‘unattractive’ and ‘ugly’, according to the research
The widespread lack of physical confidence has led to girls spending an average of 42 minutes a day working on their appearance, choosing outfits and applying make-up – almost as much time as they spend doing homework.
More than half of the girls studied said they would be happier if they were more physically attractive.

It really is not that hard.  Some of these things you may already be doing and not realizing the positive effect it is having on your confidence levels.
Most of these tips will increase your self-confidence without any real extra effort at all.

Just make them a habit.  Keep the list near you.  Put it in a place where you can read it every morning and it will stay in your awareness.

1. Dress Sharp
Although clothes don’t make the man, they certainly affect the way he feels about himself. No one is more conscious of your physical appearance than you are. When you don’t look good, it changes the way you carry yourself and interact with other people. Use this to your advantage by taking care of your personal appearance. In most cases, significant improvements can be made by bathing and shaving frequently, wearing clean clothes, and being cognizant of the latest styles.
This doesn’t mean you need to spend a lot on clothes. One great rule to follow is “spend twice as much, buy half as much”. Rather than buying a bunch of cheap clothes, buy half as many select, high quality items. In long run this decreases spending because expensive clothes wear out less easily and stay in style longer than cheap clothes. Buying less also helps reduce the clutter in your closet.
2. Walk Faster
One of the easiest ways to tell how a person feels about herself is to examine her walk. Is it slow? tired? painful? Or is it energetic and purposeful? People with confidence walk quickly. They have places to go, people to see, and important work to do. Even if you aren’t in a hurry, you can increase your self confidence by putting some pep in your step. Walking 25% faster will make to you look and feel more important.
3. Good Posture
Similarly, the way a person carries herself tells a story. People with slumped shoulders and lethargic movements display a lack of self confidence. They aren’t enthusiastic about what they’re doing and they don’t consider themselves important. By practicing good posture, you’ll automatically feel more confident. Stand up straight, keep your head up, and make eye contact. You’ll make a positive impression on others and instantly feel more alert and empowered.
